Non-Hazardous, and Phosphate Free.   Application Info:Dilution= 3 to 1 --Thin adhesive residue removal - - - 2 to 1 – All OthersCan be used undiluted for incidental, Heavy Build-Up areasApply Adhesive with even coverage throughout surface area to keep adhesive wet. Allow 20-30 minutes for softening of adhesive to occur. Remove softened adhesive with razor scrapers. Rinse floor and dispose of waste residues in accordance to Federal, Local and/or State regulations.
