Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Exclusions: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible due to our fast processing times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3-7 business days (Contiguous U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.
  • Freight Shipping: Large or oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers and may take 7-14 business days for delivery.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: May experience extended shipping times.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Delivery updates and estimated arrival times will be available through the carrier’s tracking system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please visit our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Stolen Packages: Melsupply.com is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier or file a claim if theft is suspected.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
