Product arrived packaged extremely well. No damage. Product was better than what description indicated. Excellent quality. Does not come with a detailed assembly manual but you are directed to youtube which has many videos on this bike and it installation and setup. Shipping was quick and arrived in a few days by fedex. No instructions included on the control screen usage. This required a search on youtube but was able to find the manufacturer instruction manual. I was very hesitant on ordering from this site but i would not hesitate again. Just do your homework and read the reviews and understand what you are purchasing. I would highly recommend this bike and its manufacturer.

Very happy with the rulife e20 thus far - outstanding shipping and packaging made for a scratch-free and undamaged ebike delivered to my door in just a few days. I rode it for about a half hour and was very pleased - nowhere near as much power as my 2000watt 60v/24ah fat tire ebike, but more than enough to move my fat ass (265lbs) up to 20 mph. The rulife is well reviewed compared to competitors. And after a short test i liked it so much that i went back to aliexpress and bought a 2nd for my wife. Both these e20 ebikes will fit nicely in the back of my motorhome and be the perfect transport to tour and shop. I haven't tested the battery to see how long it lasts, but am very pleased so far!

All the features you need in an ebike are here. 24mph my top speed. One piece step through, steel non folding frame. The welds are fair. Color display with mileage and trip info. 1000w geared rear motor very quick. 48v13a battery adds torque and a minimum range of 20 miles and charger. 20"x3" tires and wheels offer less rolling resistance than 4" tires and have better handling. Bmx style is upright and comfortable. Front and rear lights plus a brake light! 180mm rear disk and 160mm front disk brake for better stopping power. Front and rear pvc type fenders and the perfect kickstand. Sturdy one piece rear rack. Nothing is perfect so there will inevitably be problems. But i liked it so much i bought a second so a friend could come riding with me.
Excellent bike! Great performance for the price. I can get it up to 28mph and the battery usually lasts me around 30 miles with a mix of pas 2 & pas 3 with occasional peddling. Pretty smooth action with the throttle. I'm 6'2 and it rides comfortably though i recommend an adjustable stem and suspension post if you're taking longer rides on a usual basis. I had one issue with my bike turning off but was able to fix it with the help of customer service. The bike is water resistant but i recommend covering it under heavy rain. I also did as others have mentioned and sealed the cable ports in the controller box to avoid the controller getting wet from riding in rain or wet roads.
So far so good. getting it put together wasn’t too difficult. i’m super out of shape and managed to put it together with a 6 year old after about an hour. my commute is about 2 miles, and i come home for lunch in the middle, so i’ll put about 8 miles a day on it. 2-3 weeks for saddle-seat to callus up on your rear, so i’m a ways out on that, but, i find the level 1 “helper” level on the e-bike perfect for challenging my maximum out of shape health, but knowing i’ll get to work without dying. read the manual on the different key positions. if you’ve never had an e-bike, like me, the power button is small and faces you on the “+” “m” and “-“ panel thingy. note that double tapping these buttons can do different things. i’m just shy of 250lbs, and i’m hoping this helps me built endurance and trim me up a little riding all summer. here’s hoping. glad urlife made it semi affordable; with the cost of gas right now (boooooo) the bike should pay itself off within 5 months. psu image included.
Wow this is my 3rd one! my husband and son now have one! this is extremely fast so far i’ve reached 30mph
Amazing bike fully working easy to assemble just make sure the axl is having the handle on the side where the left handle is otherwise front tire break won't work i had made this mistake but as soon as i change the side it worked perfectly 5/5 Engine is good saves power using throttle on lv 1 paddling is amongst the best on 7 speed e bikes
Super fast shipping, crazy good discount and the e-bike rips. i’m loving it so far. i set this up by following the video instructions and had 0 issues. 60mile range, and i’ve gotten the bike up to 26 mph so far. i’m a fan of the urlife brand now
For a small wheeled bike it handles good. It's easy for shorter people to get on and off. Battery is easy to put in and out. Controls are very intuitive to use. Great bike for seniors wanting to stay active without the pain of peddling in challenging terrane. A good choice for both youth and seniors.
Was skeptical when i purchased the bike. I live in socal and revived it in 4 days. It is well built and easy to put together (took me 45 min). I have ridden it for a few days and i have no complaints. In fact i am buying a second one for my wife. I did silicon the 3 holes under the battery to prevent any water intrusion (but that is just my paranoia). It goes (per its speedometer) 25 to 28 mph. - it is fast. I have not used up my first fully charged battery - so far i have ridden it 19 miles and i have about 1/2 the battery left. I expect the range will be 40 miles from one charge with me pedaling about 1/2 the time.
For the price, it is a good deal. that is why i purchased two. one green and one black (actually by accident, since black cost more and we actually both like the green better). we charged it for a few days before we went for the first run. it actually stop charging once it is "green" on the charger. we didn't venture very far, just through the neighborhood and city park near by. the neighborhood and the park is somewhat hilly, surprisingly both paddle assist and electric motor took on the hills without any difficulty. in matter fact, i think we should wear a helmet when we went for our ride. over all, we are pretty happy with it, we will load it this weekend for a longer ride and see how it handle. i did do many other suggested, seal the holes to the motor control compartment. as far as the assembled the bike together, it shouldn't take more than 30 mins.
