We ship via freight to the contiguous 48 states ONLY!

ANY RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A LIFT GATE.

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A RESIDENCE:

1. Your Shipping ADDRESS
2. Your NAME and PHONE

IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS:

1. Business NAME (e.g. Bill's Auto Shop)
2. Full business ADDRESS
3. Contact person NAME and PHONE
4. Forklift or loading dock available, YES or NO

Once you provide this info, we will calculate your shipping and send you an invoice with the total. For items with a shipping weight over 100 lbs a lift gate charge will be added if there is not a fork lift or loading dock at the destination address. 

**Pickup at a local Freight dock is available and recommended for cost savings.

Shipments are scheduled Monday thru Thursday.

All shipments will be booked by MEL Supply.
